What does "finalize" mean?
Finalizing is a one-click action that locks your RFP for export. It’s the moment you go from editing to having a vendor-ready document. Editing and refining your draft do not require finalization.
Can I make edits after finalizing?
Professional includes a 30-day edit and re-export window. Basic does not include post-finalize edits.
Do you charge per prompt or AI usage?
No. Complivex is priced around completed buying outcomes, not prompt volume.
Can multiple teammates collaborate?
Reviewer invitations and the vendor portal are available on Basic and Professional plans. On the Free plan, you can build and preview your RFP, but collaboration features require a paid plan.
What’s the difference between Basic and Professional?
Basic lets you collect and read vendor responses side-by-side. Professional adds AI-powered scoring that evaluates every vendor against your requirements, highlights must-have compliance risks, and provides detailed recommendations.
