Which tier should I pick?
Free gets you a drafted RFP you can share as a preview, which is good for exploring the process. Basic unlocks the vendor portal so responses come back in a comparable format. That's the right choice for most single-purchase buying processes. Professional adds AI-scored evaluation, which is worth it when you’re weighing three or more vendors against weighted criteria.
What’s not included in the price?
No seat licenses, no prompt- or usage-based billing, no limits on how many vendors you invite. The price reflects the outcome (a finished, defensible RFP), not how hard Complivex worked to produce it.
Why is the free plan limited?
The free plan lets you run the AI intake, generate a draft RFP, and preview the output before paying. You only pay when you’re ready to invite vendors, collaborate with reviewers, and export a finalized document.
What does "finalize" mean?
Finalizing is a one-click action that locks your RFP for export. It’s the moment you go from editing to having a vendor-ready document. Editing and refining your draft do not require finalization.
Can I make edits after finalizing?
Professional includes a 30-day edit and re-export window. Basic does not include post-finalize edits.
Can multiple teammates collaborate?
Reviewer invitations and the vendor portal are available on Basic and Professional plans. On the Free plan, you can build and preview your RFP, but collaboration features require a paid plan.
