Why one-time pricing instead of a subscription?
Most teams run an evaluation a few times a year, not every month. A subscription taxes you for value you’re not using. One-time fees match the shape of the actual work — one price per vendor evaluation, however many vendors you invite.
Which tier should I pick?
Free gets you the full interview, the complete drafted RFP, every category benchmark, and a shareable read-only preview — good for deciding whether this fits your process. Basic is the right choice for most buying processes: it unlocks the vendor portal, so responses come back in a comparable format, plus Q&A and side-by-side reading. Choose Professional when the decision has to survive a leadership or legal review — it adds AI-scored evaluation, adjustable weights, score overrides with an audit trail, compliance checks, and branded exports.
What’s not included in the price?
No seat licenses, no prompt- or usage-based billing, no limits on how many vendors you invite. The price reflects the outcome (a decision you can defend), not how hard Complivex worked to produce it.
Why is the free plan limited?
Free covers everything up to the point vendors get involved: the interview, the full drafted RFP, category benchmarks, a read-only share link, and a watermarked PDF for internal circulation. You pay when you invite vendors — that is when Complivex starts running the evaluation rather than helping you write it.
What does "finalize" mean?
Finalising locks your draft so it can be exported. It is free and it is not the paywall — a free finalised RFP exports as a watermarked PDF. The paid boundary is inviting vendors. Editing and refining never require finalising.
Can I make edits after finalizing?
Professional includes a 30-day edit and re-export window. Basic does not include post-finalise edits.
Can multiple teammates collaborate?
Reviewer invitations and the vendor portal are available on Basic and Professional. On Free you can build, refine and preview the evaluation on your own; anything that involves another person — a vendor or an internal reviewer — is paid.
